zoragirl SG

question : how to reject the hotel nicely, they are giving me a complimentary night stay in bkk, which i know we will not select it for our event. I had politely tell the hotel sales manager that your hotel room rate is way too high and we may not short-list them at all....

the Bear SG

we're impressed by your hotel facilities and thank you for your hospitality but we have to respectfully decline your offer as our budget does not permit us to use your hotel

or something like that?

zoragirl SG

thank you!
